The Bathhouse Restrictions & Guidelines
To ensure the comfort, safety, and well-being of all guests, please review the following before entering The Bathhouse:
Health & Safety
- Guests should be in good general health to participate in hydrotherapy.
- Pregnant guests, or those with cardiovascular conditions, respiratory issues, high or low blood pressure, diabetes, or other medical concerns should consult a physician prior to use.
- If you are feeling unwell, have a fever, open wounds, or a contagious skin condition, we ask that you refrain from using The Bathhouse.
- Alcohol consumption prior to or during your session is not recommended.
- Always stay hydrated—water is essential before, during, and after your session.
- Women who are menstruating should avoid use of the hot tub, sauna, steam room, and cold plunge until their cycle has ended, as temperature fluctuations and immersion can increase discomfort and impact hygiene.
- Guests with freshly dyed or chemically treated hair should wait at least two weeks before using the circuit to prevent color fading or chemical reactions caused by heat, steam, and water.
Age Requirements
- Anyone under 18 needs to be accompanied by an adult.
Proper Attire
- A swimsuit is required at all times.
- Robes and sandals are provided and must be worn in all common areas outside of the water and heat zones
Etiquette & Conduct
- The Bathhouse is a quiet, communal environment. Please keep conversation to a low, respectful tone.
- Cell phones, cameras, and other electronic devices are not permitted in the hydrotherapy area.
- Please shower before entering the hot tub, sauna, steam room, or cold plunge.
- Respect time limits and rotation through the circuit so that all guests may enjoy the experience fully.
Session Duration
- Guests may spend 60–90 minutes within The Bathhouse. Extended use beyond this time is not recommended for safety reasons.
- Listen to your body—if you feel lightheaded, overheated, or chilled, step out, rest, and hydrate.
